Fees
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

To have access to the Medicare rebates please make an appointment with your GP to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). A copy of your MHCP needs to be forwarded to us by your GP prior to your consultation with us.

Cancellation policy: you will receive an email and sms reminders 48 hrs prior to your appointment. We require at least 48 hrs notice to avoid a cancellation fee [48 hrs cancellation notice - no charge / 24 hrs notice - 50% charge. On the day notice or should you forget 100% charge]. Important note: 3rd party funders, eg. Medicare will not fund cancellation fees.
GP / MHCP Referrals
Self Referred and Funded (No MHCP)
Third Party Referrals (e.g. Workers Compensation, MAIB, TAC, NDIS, and DVA)
Eligible for Medicare rebate: $93.35 per session for up to 10 sessions per calender year
Gap fee (out of pocket): $ 96.65
Not eligible for Medicare rebate. If you have private health insurance you may be eligible for a portion of the fee to be redeemable. Please discuss this with your insurance provider
Fee: $190
Not eligible for Medicare rebate. Charged at recommended Australian Psychological Society (APS) or service provider rates. Please contact us for further information.
