Julia is a registered psychologist with experience working in government mental health services and private practice across forensic and clinical settings. In her work, Julia has engaged with a diverse group of clients representing a wide range of social circumstances, ethnic backgrounds, religious affiliations and sexual orientations.

Julia's empathetic, compassionate and evidence-based approach provides a supportive environment focused on helping people better understand themselves and their relationships, build skills, and enhance shared meaning with their community and loved ones.
Julia believes that the foundation of successful therapy is a strong relationship between the therapist and the client. She strives to foster a non-judgmental and collaborative space in which individuals are empowered to build on their strength, and develop a holistic understanding of themselves and how they interact with the world around them.
